Daylighting: Use of sunlight (direct, diffused or reflected) to provide supplemental lighting for interiors
Emissions: Vehicle exhaust, greenhouse gases or carbon dioxide
Fossil Fuel: Oil, coal and natural gas
LEED: Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design — standards for "green" construction
Photovoltaics: Use of solar cells to convert sunlight to electricity
