OLDER ADULTS INVITED TO LEARN ABOUT THE HEALTH BENEFITS OF TAI CHI
Wheat Ridge, CO ---- A free presentation titled, The ABC’s of Tai Chi, will be held 10-11:30 a.m., Saturday, March 7, 2009 at the Wheat Ridge Senior Community Center, located at 6363 W. 35th Ave. The presentation will discuss Tai Chi’s health benefits and Joe Brady, a master of Tai Chi, Chinese Medicine and Western Therapies, is the presenter.

The Wheat Ridge Senior/Community Center is a division of Wheat Ridge Parks and Recreation and offers recreational opportunities for people ages fifty plus. The presentation, The ABC’s of Tai Chi, is just one of the many types of programming offered by the Wheat Ridge Senior Community Center.
