| Redlands Mesa Golf Community Earns Top Rankings - Again |

For the third consecutive year, Redlands Mesa Golf Course Community has been recognized by Travel and Leisure magazine as one of “America’s Top 100 Golf Communities.” According to authors David Gould and Lauren Kay, “These one hundred exquisite environments are case studies in how to make life on earth as pleasing, stimulating and worthwhile as possible. They have sited themselves within the finest natural surroundings one could wish for, and added all the comforts of home.”
Redlands Mesa Golf Course was designed by award-winning golf course architect, Jim Engh. The championship style course delivers exciting, challenging terrain in a one-of-a-kind locale with jaw-dropping views. Course layout, homesite locations, abundant designated open space, and strong architectural design guidelines ensure a high quality community that will endure the test of time.
In their article, Travel & Leisure gives high marks to Redlands Mesa for the way the golf course community captures the essence and quality of the iconic western landscape, complete with pink sandstone mesas, delicately hued desert views, and rugged alpine vistas. They go on to praise Engh’s design which creates “silky contours that make the surroundings [appear] all the more jagged.”
In addition to this most recent accolade, the Grand Junction area including Redlands Mesa continues to show strong residential sales despite national economic woes. It was ranked #7 among the nation’s “10 Hottest Buyers Markets for 2008,” reaffirming that an excellent location and a multitude of desirable amenities, combined with an enviable climate and a steady, stable economy add up to quality lifestyle that continues to grow thrive, and climb in value.
