| Rhubarb Crisp |

Oven: 375 5 Cups sliced rhubarb 3/4 Cup white sugar toss rhubarb and sugar together Dump sugared rhubarb in a 2 qt. square baking dish Mix: 1/2 Cup rolled oats (I use the instant) 1/2 Cup packed brown sugar 1/2 Cup flour 1/4 teaspoon each - ground nutmeg, ginger, cinnamon 1/4 Cup butter (cut into the mixture) 1/4 Cup chopped nuts or coconut (we like the coconut best) Sprinkle this mixture on top of sugared rhubarb. Bake 30-35 minutes @375 |
