| Token – New Music by Brandon McHose |

Brandon McHose first made waves as a professional musician in 2006 after his move to the Live Music Capital of the World, Austin, Texas. Now, having established himself among the top musicians in the legendary city, the guitarist/singer-songwriter is setting the bar high with his latest, Token™.
The CD features 11 brand-new songs, mastered with complex instrumentation that complements the brilliant lyrics. “Token is the best representation of my music on a full CD. The songs are fun, upbeat and lively; it is a milestone in my career,” said McHose.
Token was recorded in June when McHose, responsible for all the lyrics and guitar, took on Michael Ramos, Riley Osbourne, Chris Maresh, Ramy Antoun, and Tommy Taylor to help finish the ideas he procured while recording his demo singles: Take on the World©, Bound©, Crazy Women©, Easy Mind©, and Slo Mosion©. The singles set, released last year, were originally recorded to create an off stage presence in more markets. After receiving positive feedback, McHose went back into the studio to cut the full-length album.
Token provides a vast spectrum of McHose’s talent and fans will hear everything from smooth electric leads and guitar harmonics to angelic lyrics and humming vocals. The album is categorized as rock pop genre and the songs tend to tell a story about life and its emotions. This is evident in songs like Just For Me©, a story about the day everything turns back to good, a message similar to Life Eclipse©, a song about taking in the dark and knowing the light is coming, almost like stages of your life. The funny When She Smiles© and Mellow Soul© are songs that express McHose’s witty humor of women.
With hundreds of shows played, including openers for John Mayer, Brandon has been able to transform a book of songs and a bag of licks into a must have album; Token.
