What Happens To Your Mind From Lack Of Exercise?
Depression can bring you down so much that it will make you do things that you don’t want to do. Depression is a physical illness and not something to be ashamed of or embarrassed about. Do not allow yourself or others to think of you as weak willed, or mentally lacking. Depression may cause you to have disruptive sleep or to sleep more than your body requires, both of which will cause fatigue. People with chronic stress are in a persistent state of fight or flight, overtaxing their adrenal glands, taking a dangerous toll on all of the body’s systems.

Depression triggers are more likely to be 'sudden' triggers or the unexpected events of life. When the event happens most people do not think of the long term effects of the trigger.

Cortisol, emotional eating, and lack of exercise are all factors. Stress is a big issue in most lives and all too often the person has no idea how to deal with the stress. The result is adrenal fatigue as well as many other imbalances within the body, mind and spirit of the individual. Strength training releases endorphins and leaves you feeling great.

Sleep is one of the basic elements of great health and performing well in all aspects of life. Good, healthy sleep will do wonders for your body, mind, and mood. Sleep, rest, and do some fun stuff with your kids.

Set daily measurable, achievable goals that allow you to feel successful every day. Keep a weekly diary and set goals each day for what kind of exercise to do, how long you will workout, how hard you will exercise, etc.

Eat more fresh and fewer processed foods. Eating right and exercising can help prevent this problem.
